Updated "Ve_mong_coc_giat_cap" command, shortcut "VMC2".

Added "Ve_mat_bang_mong" command to automatically draw foundation plans combined with ETABS.

MBKC can now read grid lines and Kata_Block_Column&Wall from Xrefs.

Added "vdmca" command to number and display all beam sections on MBKC.

Updated show_thep_dam command: automatically converts ETABS steel area in cm2 into practical reinforcement layout on MBKC by bar quantity and diameter, compares steel difference percentage, and exports calculation notes.

Added "Etabs" command to export MBKC to an ETABS model, compare differences between MBKC and ETABS model, and export internal forces and ETABS steel design back to MBKC.
